Charitable Donation Requests

Hausfeld's Salons and The Spa receives dozens of donation requests per month and wish it were possible to fulfill all requests for worthwile causes.  All charitable organizations requesting donations should adhere to the following procedures:

• Requests must be typed or hand written on your organization, assocation, company or school letterhead
• Requests must be mailed or faxed to the corporate office - no phone requests will be accepted.
• Please include all information regarding the event - date, time and location of the event.
• Please include contact information
• Please include the item/s that are requested and what they will be used for.

*Please note:  Requests that do not include the above information will not be considered for the donation.  Please submitt your request 6-8 weeks prior to the event. All requests will be given serious consideration and reviewed by management.
